At Reach Out Christian School, Inc., we think of the "Inc." as standing for In the Name of Christ.

In the name of Christ, we teach the 3 R's:

• Reverence of God

• Responsibility for Self and Others

• Resourcefulness of Talents

The curriculum provides the instruction needed to lead a Christian life and to earn an honest living.

The school's curriculum emphasizes learning-through-doing, by applying what God teaches in the Bible.

Each day a Biblical theme guides the day's instruction and activities - not only across all the subjects taught, but in daily chores, fun, and activities as well. Learning responsibility by feeding the animals can be related to a Biblical theme just as can as an academic class.

The curriculum links the Bible to the major core subjects:

• math

• language arts

• history

• science

In addition, the school activities include art, a wide range of workshop crafts (including woodworking), a garden, and interaction with friendly farm animals. The School Creed is from Proverbs 8: 10-11:

"Receive my instruction, and not silver;
And knowledge rather than choice gold.

The School Statement of Faith:

Reach Out Christian School, Inc. believes that the Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired by God revealing only truth according to the supreme standards of living by which all human conduct, creeds, and opinions should follow. There is one, and only one living true God, maker and ruler over heaven and earth, in unity as the Godhead: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Due to the voluntary transgressions of man, he fell from his holy state and thereby deemed all mankind sinners. The salvation of all sinners is wholly by grace and by repentance toward God, and by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Good works are the fruits of faith. There will be a resurrection of the dead and a judgment of the just and the unjust, according to the return of Christ from heaven.
